Because we do not deal with any other British or French estate agents we are able to offer the lowest acquisition fees on French property sales in the market (we challenge you to find lower) only 3% agency fees payable by the Purchaser (which is usual in France) rather than 5/8% which you would pay through an Agent/Notaire (Which is ALWAYS paid by the Purchaser either directly or indirectly, often disguised in the overall purchase price)

AMR have the same high professional standards, the Managing Director having been a member of the Royal Instutuition of Chartered Surveyors for over 30 years, but for the following reasons do NOT have to be Registered in France although there would be no problem in doing so :-

1 We are a British Limited Company operating a property finding service for British Clients seeking french houses for sale or French holiday property

2 For house purchase we charge a fee of 3% payable in Stirling only, based upon the agreed purchase price, under an Agreement which all Clients have to sign before viewing Property. This is a British Contract enforceable under British Law

3 We do not regard ourselves as estate agents and do NOT act for Owners of french property.

4 NO FEES OR COMMISSIONS WHATSOEVER ARE RECEIVED FROM FRANCE
5 We are UK based and have no Office in France
